On-time Delivery starts the moment we have shipped out the product. If you have purchased anything on Coollatest.com, but didn't receive it within the seller’s guaranteed delivery time, you can get a full refund.

Scope of Guarantee

All products on Coollatest.com are guaranteed to be delivered within 45 days (US: 7-30 Days, International: 17-45 Days). If you buy any product through the site, you are protected if you don't receive your order on time.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
  1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (providing the wrong shipping address).
  2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the our control (not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Coollatest.com.

Guaranteed Protection Period

  1. You didn't receive your order within the guaranteed delivery time (US: 7-30 Days, International: 17-45 Days).
  2. You can submit refund requests up to 14 days after your order has been completed. 
  3. Please provide your order number and the reason why you return. Our customer service team strives to respond to all requests within 48 hours or less (email or chat online). We're always available to help!

How long does shipping take?

PROCESSING TIME: 1-3 days (excluding weekends and holiydays).
SHIPPING TIME: 

  • Average transit times to the United States: 7 - 30 Business days
  • Average transit times to International: 17 - 45 Business days

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time, the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

How can I track my order?

Shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

Where does my order ship from?

Coollatest is a global platform, connecting customers with warehouse from across the world. Your order could ship from a variety of locations depending on the warehouse's location.

So when you buy more than one product, the tracking number of different products may be different. Don't worry, we will guarantee that all the products you buy will arrive within the guaranteed time.

How do I change my shipping address?

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at support@coollatest.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

Once your order has shipped, it's no longer possible to change the address. We recommend contacting your local post office with your tracking numbers to see if they can reroute your order to another address.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED 
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

    - A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.

Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail.
